if i don’t restart my app EVERY TIME I start a new load, it will not connect to the machine. And even sometimes when I do restart it, it still won’t connect.

App frequently freezes and the most annoying is that it never remembers payment info even through apple wallet so I have to input my information manually every time

Awful, takes your money, fails to start a wash, you request a refund via the app and they ignore you. I have sent countless emails, tjey ignore them. Sweet scam. Report the app to apple. Only way to stop this from happening to others.

My review was deleted but please know this app is trash. It is inconsistent with how well it connects, it never shows an accurate representation of machine availability, it doesn’t allow you to keep a card on file, so you’re having to re-enter your card information every single time, it only allows credit card purchases, it takes days for your account balance to update, the purchase history is never accurate, and the ability to add more time to the dryer is broken and has never worked. These are all of the issues that we’ve been dealing with for 7 years and nothing has improved.

The app glitches out and eats my money. I’ve had to get refunds from the laundromat multiple times. No Apple Pay support so you need your credit card on hand if you run low. Quarters and a machine would be better at any laundromat

I’ve been using this app for almost two years and found it convenient, even with the fees, as I didn't need to visit a bank or carry coins. However, I noticed my balance was consumed faster than expected, but never checked it properly. When I tried to request a refund after a dryer broke, I found two charges for the same thing, but no refund was issued despite multiple requests. There were also additional charges. It’s a small amount, but I don’t want to waste more time, so I’m done requesting. If I hadn’t checked the records, I would’ve been repeatedly charged small amounts. The app is convenient, but due to trust issues, I no longer plan to use it.

Horrible app

Sitting here with my laundry in the machine and the app will show the status of the machine but wont let me start it. I can’t even put change in the machine if I wanted to. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Coin shortages forced me to use this app during Covid. I normally spend 10-15/month. With glitches I range from 15-25 a month now. Nearly half my payments get nothing in return. Notifications don’t work, machine timers always inaccurate, and you have to close/reopen the app constantly to make it connect. Horrible app.

That’s the exact same boat I’m in! the app will not pull up any dryers so I deleted the app and reloaded the app and it still shows no dryers. So I have a load of sheets in the dryer and no way to dry them because I don’t have 6/4.
