Tha app requires a 50 euro deposit at the sign up and it's not refundable, unless you cancel your account. What prevented the developers to charge it at the start of rent - no idea. Pricing policy at the first glance looks pretty reasonable, but when you get billed, you learn it's not price per time, but also distance. It turned out that I paid around 50 euros for an hour of riding around the city. Ridiculous pricing that is pretty close to taxi.

Seriously You request temp password from the app. You receive it. App: the password is not correct. Fire your developers, this is ridiculous.

Could not pass authorization for 4 days. All this time we could not use the services of the company. As a result, refused to use. The company returns the deposit within 8 weeks. There are also many problems with the mobile application - many functions can be done only through the website.

Please beware before using this service. Greenwheels will always find a way to make you pay some extras. I read hundreds of reviews…For me, I got charged 75euros because another user left a paper. Pretty expensive paper tight ? Customer support will not care at all and answer you in a very condescending manner. To avoid at all costs ! ‼️‼️‼️

Such a messy app ! We rented a car today with a couple of friends. This is how it went : 1) We had ended the rent earlier but no one tells you in the application that you are supposed to leave it when you took it at the first place. Hence we locked it, left it, and realised 2 hours later that we were supposed to leave it 10 km away. 2) You have no geolocalisation. You can not know if you parked it in the right place or not. And even if you could not park it in the same place, no one tells you where to park it as an alternative. 3) I called the customer service and I was treated with no manners. They literally told me they were not reponsible becaue they sent an email. But when I took a Lime, I do not check my mail box to know how I am supposed to use it ! 4) When you finally succeed to park the car you receive no notification, no email, no invoice to let you know how much you paid for the ride. This is insane ! 5) Really expensive rent for a dysfunctioning (and the word is still polite) application !

Al een paar dagen kan ik geen auto’s meer zien omdat de app ze niet laadt. Alles al geprobeerd, opnieuw installeren werkt ook niet.

There’s some kind of bug that doesn’t let me register because I can’t click on continue after filling in my address

App sign up is wonderful, login doesn’t work. You try to open a ticket in customer service, it gives errors, doesn’t actually send it 😂 Phone contact, tried, they don’t believe me, said they would’ve known if it had issues….. but they don’t even have a creation of ticket possible so no wonder people have issues. Tried even LinkedIn, they say they’ll route it to customer service but I hear nothing back. Login is not possible on the app. Reserving a car on the computer is not a good workaround if I need to be on the go…

Probeer maar eens een tweede bestuurder toe te voegen….
