Grem z vlakom

This app seems brilliant untill you try to buy a ticket. When you reach the payment window the app kinda freezes and won’t let you complete the transaction. So kinda useless for anything else than checking train schedules.

Ne vem, zakaj zadnjega dva meseca ni možno kupiti mesečne vozovnice. Pred tem te težave ni bilo.

Zakaj je na spletu drugačen vozni red kot v appu?? Katastrofa

Prosim vrnite aplikacijo, kot je bila pred novim updatom. Ko izberem povezavo, me na novem updatu aplikacije vrže na začetek dneva in moram sam poiskati želen čas, ko bo vlak na voljo. V starejši verziji aplikacije, mi je takoj pokazalo naslednji vlak ki odpelje. Grozen UI v novem updatu. Lp

Ljubljana siska bo operativna 1 leto, pa se vedno niste dodali terminov in moznosti za placat?? Vec kot 1 mesec cakamo!

Hello! I'm a foreign national living in Slovenia and have been using your app for many years. I am pleased to see that it's improving over time, but some minor issues are still disappointing: 1. The routing for transfers is still quite illogical. There are many nonsensical options, such as suggesting two transfers instead of one or offering multiple transfers to the same train with waits at provincial stations. 2. Having to re-enter card details every time I make a payment is very inconvenient. It would be much better to save them on the device in an encrypted form or to link to Apple Pay. 3. Internet coverage while on the move could be better. Wi-Fi is not always available on trains, and when it is, it often works poorly. There are times when I cannot present my ticket because it requires an internet connection. I'd appreciate the option to view tickets offline or even to save them in Apple Wallet. 4. It might be a good idea to integrate the ability to add trips to the device's calendar.

Ne morem shraniti podatkov za kartico, kar naredi zadevo zelo zamudno.

Na aplikaciji za relacijo Kamnik Ljubljana se vozni red ne ujema s tistim na spletu.

1- is it really difficult to add cards on file under the app? İ ahev to wnter my card details everytime to buy €2 ticket! İnsnae!! 2- why cant you show delays under the app? Why do i have to go to web site? İn 2023 it is shame!!

Jaz bi ful rad eno stvar še dodal tej aplikaciji, da bi lahko videl na katerem tiru je vlak ali pa na kateri tir pride. Hvala če boste to uredili 😁
