Grim Tales: The Time Traveler

Downloaded this game and realised it has bugs, it is already glitching, and I have not started playing it yet.

Terrible service. I have purchased several of these games over the years and now none of them work. Keeps telling me that no purchase has been found for my account. Big Fish and Apple are no help 😔

I luckily only downloaded the free trial, because I also found the graphics were corrupted - showing up like overlapping photos and impossible to interact with them. It’s disappointing as I love the other Grim Tales games.

The game screen is just a loads of boxes - it almost looks like the program hasn’t been finished. Some of the cut always are almost white outs.

This game doesnt download properly it is sort of parts of it in little boxes and then when you press on the interactive bits they come up in a box and very bright so you cant see them. Contacted big fish who havnt rectified it for me so complete waste of money, i was playin on ipad

Downloaded 4 times but all I am getting is boxes on screen making it unplayable.

Unable to play this game lots of white squares all over the screen!

Am a fan of Big Fish games and have purchased many. I was looking forward to playing this one but it is completely unplayable due to the fact that the download is corrupted! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times and it is still the same. I have requested a refund.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, downloaded the game three times. Still doesn’t play, graphics rubbish. Tried to contact support gave up, glad it was only £2.99!!
