Good
There’s some really good articles and tips but I’ve found the app can be confusing to navigate at times and not everything is relevant to one’s life situation.
Relaxing
This is the most relaxing health app I know of! Bang on.
I hope to see the improvements
I love the concept but it seems a bit buggy. I can’t move past the nickname part. Other parts I can’t get past either. I’m using the latest iPhone and I checked the app was updated. I’m really keen to use it as we have been promoted it through my work place. Unfortunately I keep coming to a screen I can’t get past so it gets a bit frustrating.

New Version 0.22.0
New version updated a few days ago does not work on old IPhone 6. I have used the app for more than a year, and it has been a big help. Now I cannot use it, this worries me.
Anchor in the storm
This app has obviously been made by people who know what they are talking about and are still searching for more answers and more strategies to reach out to you, me and everyone in between. It is a real kete of knowledge and tools. Whether you are thrown in the deep end because of the current global situation or whether you are suffering from chronic anxiety and depression, there will be something in this app that you can relate to. I’m 100% sure of that! Try it for yourself, you’ve got nothing to loose and a whole lot to gain! Thank you Mentemia team.
Excellent tool based app
I have found this app very easy to use and enjoy the layout of the tasks that enable you to work through. Not lengthy but informative. I have found the content insightful so far & would recommend to others to try out.
Change your notifications
Just a bit of advice, JK is an abbreviation for “just kidding” so when a notification pops up and says “life is worth living, JK.” it looks like your saying just kidding after it. Not the best thing for someone unstable to see
A wonderful aid for mental well being
I simply love this app, my favourite is the 3 Gates, is it kind , true, necessary, It’s very grounding and I would like to thank Sir John Kirwan for his help in developing this and helping others. Strongly recommend for mental and emotional health and there’s no judgment, thank you
