This app is useless, I’ve contacted support through live chat the person did not have a clue, I contacted them and showed a screenshot of the problem only to get a reply telling me to do things I’ve already tried again because the are clueless, tried closing my account and it won’t let you I would never recommend this app
Won money on a big bass splash bonus and the money I won wasn’t credited to my account and it has now logged me out of my account and won’t let me reset my password as it keeps saying it’s wrong
Has to be the worst casino app I have ever been on. 0 bonus on the slots even though plenty of money went in. Absolute scam. Don’t see how it’s legal for a company to be this corrupt
My pet hate is apps that stop your music when you open them. There’s no need for it. Please fix it. Also, some games have never worked on this app. For example neither Fluffy Favourites Jackpot and Fluffy Favourites Fairground Jackpot work. The app tries to load them then returns “No Game”, it’s been like that since this app first came out

I’ve been a loyal Grosvenor Casino customer in Reading, but the app experience is incredibly disappointing. The app freezes badly from the start (after successful deposit) when trying to play live roulette. After being prompted to rotate my device, it completely froze, and even a hard reset on my iPad Pro (2022) didn’t fix it. I tried rebooting and gave it two more tries, but had the same issue each time. This is unacceptable for a trusted brand like Grosvenor. lost all trust after such a ridiculous experience. Not what I expect from a casino of this reputation. Poor. Avoid
Only played a few games, won some money stuck to my limit and chose to withdraw. Normally apps like these make it really hard to claim your winnings. This apps makes it easy so I’ll say it seems fair.
