Complete SCAM don’t waste your time or money. If I could give it zero stars I would. Took my money 2 years ago and the value hasn’t changed at all from what I “invested” and there’s no way to even withdraw the other money that I have in it

This program is great from people who have no clue how to build wealth and just want to put their money away for a very long time with minimal return. In 6 months on $400.00 they only generated $3.00 in interest. This is only what I experienced. I caution all who sign up, any money sent to these crooks will be tied up for a very long time with small returns if any. They had said I could withdraw the funds right away but that is not the case at all. It’s been 6 months and I still have $290.00 sitting out there. The app is also a joke and you need to log in on their website in order to actually see any details on the loans you’re participating in.

Two loans defaulted, money gone and wiped out interest earned from those who repaid. Playing slots at the casino is more entertaining and yields the same result. I’m out.

I don’t like using the app because of how laggy it is throughout. I use it just to check weekly repayment and reinvestment through the auto investment program. Everything else is either not possible or too clunky.

The new flywheel portfolio is not the the same. It’s turning into a REIT basically. It used to be a way to invest in real estate, but now it’s becoming a stock. If something is going good, it won’t last. I highly don’t recommend it anymore.

Look, it’s an excellent app! Pretty sure there’s little or no fees for investors. And it’s a very generous sign up bonus when you invest your first 100, BUT…. May you please work on making the app less buggy? I am trying to use the app and it is really hard! Like it’s so glitchy and slow. I’ve tried restarting the app and logging in and out, and still horrible. Everything else is really good though, and I am loving my first few days so far!

Other than the fact that the app looks and operates like it was developed by a toddler, it’s an ok experience. I started moving money out to get better returns elsewhere.

It’s a good app. The more you invest the more you make though I will say this really shows the massive wealth gap in America but it’s a good investment app if you can wait a few years so more of a trust fund for your future kids then a livable income unless you have a lot of money

The rate of return is just about as advertised, in my experience, which is great. What puts me off is how they try to trick you into thinking your investments are doing better than they actually are and how “features” like the diversification meter give the impression that if you don’t invest more money then your portfolio is doing progressively worse. To make things worse, throughput all of their metrics they mark the return of principal as gains, which isn’t how that works. Putting $1 in and getting $1.01 back doesn’t mean a gain of $1.01, it means you gained $.01. All in all, Groundfloor does as advertised but beware of the scummy tactics they use to try to get you to invest ever increasing amounts of money.

The Groundfloor app has come a long way.L for the better. Unfortunately, Face Unlock does not work the majority of time.
