Cannot get developer help,even though features have deteriorated over time
My basic issue with this App is that it is impossible to get responses from the developer when there is an issue. I recall I sent a help email a few months ago re smart group sends becoming unreliable but I got no response. I have owned this App for years and use it regularly However it appears to me that maybe a year ago it was revised and some features changed. Others disappeared. I use the smart groups feature and I send to at least 4 smart grouped batches of contacts each week - usually each is upward of 70 recipients. The App has become unreliable I have found, unless group messages are sent individually, which is a pain and not consistent with the purpose I bought the App for. Also the App used to allow the user to set sending parameters - eg it required to be told to select only the mobile number from each persons contact card, but that feature seems to have disappeared - the app doesn’t differentiate and I am getting “not sent” messages from people with a mobile number plus a home or other phone number in their contacts card - the app tries to send the message to both and then fails on that account. Group sms limited to 5 people!!!
Limit to 5 people is just waste of time. This info should be clearly available before spending time on this non worth app.
Good UI but app doesn’t work
Good UI and seems to do all you need for managing group texts EXCEPT it doesn’t work! The paid version of the app chokes when you attempt to send a message to more than 5-10 recipients…

Doesn’t work with many contacts

Does a good job EXCEPT, it won’t send group sms in large numbers. Groups of 10 or more will not go. Works best when you choose to make your list of 5 at a time.
Can’t create groups. Can’t send to lists.
Paid for full version in hope. Nope! Didn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
Rubbish, can I give zero stars?
Thisapp no longer sites me to save groups of contacts, so I have to select 200 contacts EACH AND EVERY time I send group text. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fix the group saving and you get 5 stars. Love to hear from developers.

Made me select 94 contacts before telling me I had to purchase the pro version, thanks for waiting my time
