I have paid for subscription but the app cannot be opened even I uninstalled and reinstalled again, the problem still persist..

Can’t be Opened
I am an old iPhone user (iOS 12.5.7) and I can't open/log in. Maybe network access in our country is restricted so it requires a VPN, but after I tried it, it was still the same and I couldn't open it.
