Hay que mejorar la aplicación con Face ID

Ever since you updated your security measures I have no way of accessing my money. I speak Spanish and went to one of your offices in Barcelona. They kept on saying my account is wefferent and there’s no way for them to help me. Your app is the worst I’ve ever used with lots of errors and there’s no way to speak to an actual person over the phone… horrible service!

La app da muchos errores, al abrir, realizar pagos y ahora al actualizarla no me deja abrir por lo que no puedo acceder a mi cuenta. Una pena que después de dos años usando esta app parece que no terminan de hacerla funcional.

I do like the app, but there are serious problems with basic functionality. After years of using the app, suddenly there is a repeated error when trying to log in. Bank aware that this is an issue, so I was holding out for weeks hoping it would get fixed, but still can’t log in. Now told to try reinstalling app… Preferred payee book has not worked since day one. Having to enter IBAN numbers and details every time from scratch is a hassle, particularly when payment errors occur and details need to be reentered, which is a regular occurrence.

I have downloaded the app but it doesn’t open

One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. It could be written in Japanese for all the use it is. Disgraceful in these days. Virtually unusable.

I started banking with Cajamar 17 years ago because 2 staff at my local branch spoke very good English. However they have moved on but Cajamar have not and there is a growing need for an app in English to avoid confusion and mistakes.O had the current app but although my Spanish is passable I nearly managed to have my account blocked, which is not difficult these days but is horrendous to correct. Come on Cajamar support your very large English customer base.

Love the app but it would be incredibly helpful if I t was in English. Would very much appreciate it if this could be done. Thank you Marguerite

After opting for English in the Cajamar App Store my online site is still in Spanish.

Now I cannot access my bank in English on my phone. What’s the point in that?
