Since the new update everything else seems to work but as soon as you go to spending account from anywhere in the app, you get a white blank screen and app is stuck, you have to restart the app and still same issue. please fix that.
The GSC app is constantly telling me to “download greenshield+ app” and is blocking me from accessing this app. Essentially, I am not allowed to use this app for my health benefits now. What a joke.
I swear they strategically made this app so you wouldn’t want to submit a claim. Instead of there being an easy option to submit your receipt for your claim there is no option like that. So you are forced to submit your receipt after the claim has been denied. But then they’ve already denied the claim. So annoying and useless. Honesty out right pathetic they even have an app. Do better Greenshield!
It forced me to download another app to open, then after I downloaded other app, still the same message pops up and does not let me log in
Every time I try to do/view anything on the app, it logs me out. I’ve tried this 4 times now and it logs me out in the middle of an action every time.
Worked fine for years, showing coverage, submitting claims… now they forced an update and the update shows a pop up advertising the new app (with poor reviews). No option but yes and can’t click off of it. Once you click yes, it signs you out after going to the App Store… it’s an endless loop and you can’t use the app anymore! They broke it.
Serious question, who did you guys hire to build this app that has so many bugs? Skills issues, you need to hire better.
This is the easiest , most logically laid out, straight forward information entry app I have ever used. It’s literally perfect.
Automatically signs you out when you log in. The website is no better
It’s a great app to submit my claim with Green shield Canada. Easy access and professional assistance for anyone with GSC.
