For iphone users, i can see compatibility issues. While making payment, i was getting error… payment screen was not moving ahead..Also, processing time is too slow.

Application crashed or shows error on some time No any update available Need to improve and QC Teated specially in iOS

I tried so many times for booking my journey, but at the end before payment, the application crashed multiple times. It always shows a pop-up that do you want to retry? And after that message application crash.

Not working seamlessly it’s open and automatically stopped

I have tried booking tickets for gsrtc buses for many times and always i got disappointed from that… Whenever i got to gsrtc app i book tickets, money gets deducted from my account but i dont recieve tucket on my registered emailid or phone number and the same happens with me on gsrtc website also…
