Great firm to deal with , cannot fault the service and their after service . Five star

Updated it and it notifications doesn’t alert sounds when the action sounds ., it used to work but it doesn’t now .. so don’t even no when ur car is turned on or off ., and other alerts too. Hope they get this fixed . Reported multiple time but still haven’t fixed the problem ., Pay for subscription and don’t get what we pay for .

Hi, I have reported multiple times that the tracker notifications are not making sound when i receive notification. I receive notification sometimes with delay but that's not a problem, the problem is the notifications are not making sound alert. The notifications silently receive only. I'm using this app on my iPhone 14 pro max. Please look at this issue or guide us that what should I have to do next. The rest of all working great and I'm really really happy with this tracker.

Previously we would get an audible alert on our Apple phones, watches and iPads but seems to have stopped working about a month ago.

So quick and easy to use, able to check battery voltage.

Have had excellent service for several years Would highly recommend to other motorhome users

Great piece of kit easy to identify location and removal of car from Geo zone

I have used their tracker for many years and have just transferred it to a new car. Wouldn’t want to be without the tracker. Lovely people to work with. Always quick to pick up the phone and assist and the product is brilliant.

Sold as open the app get in the car and go. Not 100% accurate. Generates an notification alert 50 % of the time. Called them to be told just ignore the notification or turn it off.?? Or they could issue a tag. No I want no notification if I in the car and a notification if I am not. I only bought this tracker as it was not tag dependent. Disappointed buyer.
