GTBank actually we expect much from you guys… trying to sign up for existing customer the page is not even displaying such a shame from you guys

I’ve downloaded this app on my phone more then 5 times but I can’t login on it I don’t just know why please someone should help me fix this

Finding it difficult to login as a new user despite going to the bank, totally regret opening a new account

Kindly bring back this app for Nigeria your updated app is annoying I can’t even view my loans to repay them

I was automatically logged out of this app without any notification from GTB. I kept trying to login back my details but it got so frustrating and annoying that I had to go to the bank to complain and that was when one of the staffs told me to download the new app GTCO that the previous one is no longer for Nigeria. I just hope this doesn’t happen again, can’t just log out people info without any warnings or better still let us know which permanent mobile app we’re to use.

Is it not better for GTB not to using mobile app again instead of that rubbish app they upgraded, can’t do transfer,limited option and less features.better do the needful before you start losing your customers

Waste of data

I tried installing and after the successful install it says after clicking it ‘’this app has been jailbreak’’…I have tried reinstalling and it says the same
