Guardhouse

I love how I can see my shifts but you can’t change times and I am having problems where it won’t let me sign out and it’s the second time it’s happened. I have turn my phone off and on and then deleted app and down loaded again but still come up with a message where won’t let me sign out so you need fix that issue please

Terrible. Try to sign in and doesn’t recognise where you are (even with location activated), try to sign out and you get a message the next time you attempt to log in, asking why didn’t you log out. One of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded

Doesn’t work. Manager receiving lots of messages saying that my location is wrong or gps running fake location. I had to bring my manager to the place where I work to show him! Terrible app!

Can hardly open the app and it takes forever to login and take a photo to verify. The support page for this app does not open a valid website. Please work on updating it the app as the IOS updates.

After the last update of the Guardhouse , it is no longer possible to create a report ,a message pop up to fill required fields, all the fields are filled, but still pop up though

Having troubles like all other applications of this type, but their support and rectification is second to none. As administrator for a business that is using Guardhouse services, very satisfied. Keep up the good work

Every month or two later the app breaks down and issues with signing in.
