If you have the old app do not upgrade. I did and my system is useless now. Software is garbage.

Sort of worked for the first couple months. Now it will not operate, connect, can’t upgrade, support is non existent, app just spins the circle thing for ever. It is like hiring a 2 year old to protect your home.

Hardware is great. But, software is basically non-functional in every way. Push notifications have never worked. Contacted support. They said will be fixed. Well… several versions later, still non-functional.

I’ve had two separate systems for about three years now. I’ve had nothing but problems with the software. For some reason they keep changing it and every time they do nothing works. Probably the most frustrating software application I’ve ever used. Customer support is slow to respond

Version 3 is the worst ever. Do they not test these apps before release? Seems to have automatically upgraded the firmware of the controller now nothing works. Their response, try powering it off and back on again. What a joke.

This product will open and close your main water valve but software is total crap with no tech support whatsoever. Nearly impossible to get it to connect to your WiFi, then randomly disconnects and setup won’t work. Never buy this. Total waste of money.

This app is the worst yet. I can’t calibrate my controller with this one, the unit itself doesn’t work most of the time when sensors get wet and it constantly disconnects from my router even tho it’s 10 feet away from it. Sensor batteries die very quick but the app says it’s still at 60%. Terrible product I’ll be looking to switch to a better more reliable system with better teck support.

Had this unit and several sensors installed for a few years. Unfortunately, all the recent “updates” basically deleted my account without notice so when I actually had a sensor get wet, the water shut off but the app was useless. Trying to login or make a new account within the app does not work. So now I’ve just disconnected the valve controller and will look for a unit from another company.

On my iPhone after entering my username and password the user agreement screen doesn’t accept me clicking on “I agree”. I have scrolled all the way to the bottom but I will not advance past this. This makes my valve controller worthless! Fix it.

Hardware and concept are great but software and app are terrible. Tech support is non-existent. It has been like this for years.
