Waste of time using this app. It’s been years and nobody has fixed this app. Shows breakfast menu at dinner time and dinner at breakfast time.

All the years of reviews on login and they still haven’t fixed the problem. I’ve used this App on and off for years and it’s the same every time, can’t login. Update my account password and still can’t login. Shocking service.

App won’t work properly with new iPhone

Yep. Now the process to order food is worse than it was. No idea whose genius idea this was but here we are…

Always logs me out and often requires a password reset. Password requirements are ridiculously stringent. When ordering food on the app I need to enter my phone number to receive a code. I have a foreign number and the option to add a foreign is available…that’s great but when using my number I never receive the code and after a few attempts I get logged out of the app for 6 HOURS. rubbish app. ESS can surely afford to improve it! 🤬

Doesn’t even work, stuck on loading screen

You sign in, you sign up and no sessions available, but with the email address not being valid. What’s wrong with a human and a phone no. I never got to the gym because the app didn’t work. Push ups in my Donga time. Ahh well

Treied to create account, tried every type of password, special characters, capital letters, numbers and tried about 10 different passwords and didn’t work. Another 20 minutes of my life wasted….

Terrible! Asks for password every time I use it. Like it’s not a private thing it’s just for village info for crying out loud geez. Ps: ESS are useless utility’s (speaking from an ex utility of 7 years at a different company)

Absolutely useless. If we check for menu for dinner you get breakfast and vice or versa. Everything else is easy to use. Keeps you guessing
