Decided to download and try the app for the first time. Opened it up and got a “Welcome Back” screen and places to enter my email and PW. Since I’ve never used this app before that’s a bit of a challenge. No link to create a new account. Tried “forgot password” but as expected, that did nothing since my email isn’t in the system. Developers might want to create the ability to set up new accounts — hard to grow your client base without that :(

I love the app! Always improving, always impressive! With an easy to navigate user interface, and helpful efficient tools, this is the only app you’ll need for your Airbnb business!

This app is great...I searched for and tried every channel manager on the market (for months!) before picking Your Porter...so glad that we did. The app is optimized for mobile, which was a huge plus for us. My partner and I each have access to the app, and manage our property together. Plus, we run only a single property (for now) and didn’t want to pay $40, $60, $80 per month for software. Pros: Clean interface, optimized for mobile, great price, auto-messages to guests, custom website included, integrated with PriceLabs, and (surprisingly) REALLY good customer service. Cons: No built-in analytics, and the auto-messages to guests are ‘text only’ (so I can’t put our logo/branding on the page)....but this may be a limitation by AirBNB, not YourPorter. Overall: Great investment, and it allows me to dedicate my time to the critical parts of the business....highly recommended.

Excellente application mobile qui fonctionne aussi bien sur desktop pour gérer ses appartements. Peut être connecté à un Price Manager. Permet aussi de créer un site web simple pour avoir des réservations en direct. Seul bémol, est que j’attends depuis longtemps la traduction de l’application et surtout du site web en Français qu’ils me promettent mais qui n’arrive pas.

I have been able to get multiple 5 star reviews without having to spend a lot if time managing my 2 airBnBs. I use all of the different functionalities. It's very easy to use and it’s all that I need to coordinate every thing from the reservation to the checkout. I simply love it!!!

The app opens but closes after 3 seconds. It doesn’t even load up.

First of all : when you place your email and password, they don’t recognize the password. Then they keep mentioning that they will email you a reset link and they don’t !!!! Secondly : Then after this your Airbnb is locked ! You can not find a phone number or a human . I can’t get my Airbnb to work because now it’s controlled by this crazy app that I don’t have access to 😫! This is a definition of nightmare !

I usually use the web interface but the Moble app is great too. I've used Guesty for hosts for well over two years and I couldn't imagine working without it. My business runs on autopilot now that I've set up all the guest messaging. Their direct booking platform works wonders. Also little things like their automated guest forms come in handy when I need to manually run a security deposit from booking dot com. Anytime I had a problem their support team always comes through and finds a way to fix it. Highly recommended.
