A lot of meditations on different topics. I tried just a couple of them, but I liked them both. Definitely help to relax and feel better. Some meditations are free, but most you have to buy and they are quite pricey.

recommended even for people who have subscription apps
I am in advanced meditator and this is one of the apps that I use often and for several years. for a few dollars you can buy meditation meditation or a selection of music and it's yours to keep even if you are paying 85 for $100 a year for the 10% happier app or the same Paris app or one of the other premium apps you might want to keep this app as a side app also good for beginners
Choices for relaxation
I’ve relied upon Guided Relaxation for more than 5 years and highly recommend it. I am most relaxed after listening and following the guidance of Glenda Cedarleaf!
Paid for Meditations aren’t playing
I am caring for my sister post surgery and suddenly all the meditations we bought are not playing. We are on Wifi and even on data I hit play, a wheel spins, and and it goes right back to the play button. We have paid for several and can’t use them. We need them NOW. We have loved this app until now when we really need it and no where to contact anyone!!! Respond please!

I LOVE this app
I use a few apps for meditation. What I love about this one is once you purchase the meditations you want (which you can hear a sample first) they are yours. No yearly fee and no advertisements getting you unfocused from your practice. Terri Cole and Christina Gutierrez are two of my favorites! There are meditations to start and end the day as well as many others for anxiety, insomnia, etc.. Enjoy!!!
