Невозможно Зарегистрироваться, так как некорректно работает . Поля гражданства и выбор страны - Отсутсвует сам выбор - пусто ! Скачивать нет смысла !!!

Приложение полностью не рабочее, впрочем как и сайт компании. Он-лайн регистрация статус рейсов посмотреть нет возможности. Начинаешь сомневаться действительно ли существует данная компания.

I booked the ticket for my friend because i want to gift him but I booked it from italy and my friend wants to travel from pakistan first they did nt allowed him to board and did my privacy breach of credit card and then fake commitments and then only 20 percent refund even it was not our mistake …a huge red flag never used this airline please i recommend you !!!

No way to add missing reservations (all…..) by PNR number and surname, like all the other airline’s websites…. Frustrating….

No way to get to my account as falcon gold frequent flyer. It cannot recognize membrship number neither password. No change of any kind possible for my flight: no seat change, no date change, no info on baggage allowences, no special meal request, totally useless!!! From the app it is not possible to get to booking a flight, it is only possible throught the website. Who on earth designed the app??? Also NO CHANGE of any kind through the website! What an airline company!!!

Only once I managed to retrieve my booking. It always says it can’t be found. The website retrieves it from a pc but it redirects to the app if I use my phone. How can I check in?!

App is very basic and hardly works. It doesn’t even seem to store or pass the information to the boarding team. Had to wait 10 mins at gate for them to add my passport details, even though these were all provided beforehand via the app checkin. Very disappointing
