One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. Can’t find its own stations, settings impossible to find. Utterly useless

The app needs to offer discount rewards like the other ones do!

App refuses to save my password and PIN touch will not work. AWFUL!!!!

If you use the Gulf app to try to buy gas via Apple Pay connected to a bank card, at some Gulf stations this will trigger an auto-decline for the authorisation. At this point the app blocks any purchases for at least five minutes, thus wasting your time; and if you forget the PIN, you’re locked out of the app for 24 hours, preventing you from taking advantage of the occasional discounted rates which expire after 24 hours. Gulf might as well not even offer the discounts since the app renders them irredeemable.

Having problems with your app. It does not show other locations.

Entered the phone number when signing up but it keeps asking you to enter your number. Very frustrating that you have issues at the get go

I drive by 3 Gulf gas and they are NOT on the map I could go out of my way but that’s not why I downloaded the app

When it works it’s great, but it’s always messing up or logging you out.

I have tried this multiple times at my local gulf. It never applies the discounts. When I first complained to Gulf, they advised that that stations machine aren’t working. Just tried again 2 months later and still not working. BP apply has worked every time and every location that I tried.
