Terrible app no service can only pay by card Whats wrong with normal service and a counter to order/pay at shocking technology trying to cut costs

Sat here a good 20 minutes trying to download this app and it isn’t progressing at all. Giving it up as a bad job.

Dont like ordering on app, took ages to download etc. why cant you just order on tills????

Completed order to be met with table service not working. Has to re order everything. Cost cutting measure. What happened to good old fashioned meet and great and service with a smile?

Not impressed at having to download an app and give all my details including my address, email address and phone number, just to buy my kid a portion of chicken nuggets.

All you can see is a title of a meal. No ingredient information is shown and so there is no way someone with a food intolerance or allergy can make an informed decision about what to order.
