If you get logged out it makes a new account and you don’t get your progress

Love this game

I’ve played gummy drop for years. Lately I’ve had to watch 2 -3 adds before I get the reward. Is this a glitch in the game or a new tactic by the developers?

Freezing issues

This is my favorite game but lately it has been freezing. I have to close it out to keep playing which it makes you lose a life. It’s been happening daily the past week

Unfair

This has gotten pretty difficult to get from one level to the next. Only three chances to get it done, not enough.

Lost my progress!

Game froze and had to reinstall app and lost all my progress!

Why?

I love the game, it it aggravates me that you adjust the algorithm to be more difficult when you award free time bonuses and other bonuses. Why not let us enjoy the awards instead of tweaking the game to be more difficult to advance. I get 30 minutes unlimited play but you tweak the game so that no levels can be won until right before the 30 minutes is up. I feel I’m pretty good at understanding how to play with the available moves and resources but it’s been tweaked so much that it doesn’t matter. Please Stop tweaking the board so that it is impossible to win until your time is up.

Fix this game

Tired of playing progressive games and it glitching out and closing and losing my progress just happened with having 30 levels on building block add on. FIX IT!!!

E-mail

Ok, I have received 20+ emails in the last seven weeks promising me a ‘free’ gift. NOT one time have I had a gift show up! Click on the mail, Takes me to the App Store, Says open, I click on open and NOTHING! Either stop sending the email or follow through on the promise of a gift!

Lost

This update took away my current progress. I can’t get back to Quinto, where I ended.

What in the world happened.

When I first opened the game this morning I was exactly where I should be in the most current city. I can’t remember which one because it’s the last to be available. I just updated the latest version 20 minutes ago, (4:15 PM 12/19/24) and when I opened the game and the current city is Dubrovnik which is about 80-90 cities less than what I should have. I’ve been playing this game over 7 1/2 years and I’m at 2,310 consecutive days….which amazingly is still right. I’m sure not happy about this and want to know what are you going to do to restore my game to where it should be. PLEASE HELP
