I was a tour guide working with Guru they abuse the tour guides to work for Free! Guides who cut from their time to conduct a tour! They just want to be famous and forgivable platform to NO budget clients who want service without paying a benny!! Real Scammers don't allow yourself to be part of this!

App crashes my phone just with one notification. Had to hard reset my iPhone. Do not get!

Very poor performance of the app. The design leaves a lot to be desired too.

Avoid booking through this app at all costs. It crashes constantly and is very clunky. iPad app is the worst. If you want a walking tour look at the start time and meeting point and just go there. You will save the tour operator $3/person! Once this app becomes more reliable than it’ll be worth the referral fee. Until then let the venture capital people continue to fund this app

We had Max as our tour guide - tour "Who murdered Caravaggio". Max is an exceptional guide: has deep knowledge of history, art, Italy. Was keeping our interest every minute. Very professional and polite. Answers all questions. Great tour with a great guide!!!

As soon a so open the map, I can’t find the way to cancel it and go back to the trip details
