I am having trouble getting tech support to answer their phone or email.

I have not used or looked at a lot of systems but the interface is not to bad. The setup instructions I find lacking. Even on the website. YouTube videos are of little help. My main “ need” is on motion detection notification but there were other things as well that I just figured out by trial and error.

I note that with frequency some of my cameras go offline. All my cameras are wired. The connections are perfect. Only way to recover the offline cameras is to reboot the system. This is not a viable security solution if one is not on the property. I have checked and other users report the same problem. Is this systemic ? I am fearful the answer is yes !

Once I log on, I can’t watch cameras. Takes a long time to sync to NVR.

Awesome product

I had to add a monitor because the GW32 dvr works with Adobe Flash, a technology that is not available anymore. The latest firmware doesn't use html5 so it looks like obsolescence by abandoning the product. Poorly supported product.

The programs need to be easier to install for older systems. Instructions are difficult to find and not easy to follow. Need to be a data expert, not for a novice.
