Came to a gym, card reader does not work, so I can't buy a single pass. Tried to register on spot to buy a trial package - registration form does not work properly. Also no option to buy monthly packages - either a single pass, or commit for a year. Idk if 3-day trial can be bought more than once. I'd look for another gym network.
Gym ise on Ok, aga kui üritad lepingut lõpetada siis see on peaaegu võimatu. Esiteks ei saa sa seda telefonis teha teiseks isegi kui see näitab, et leping on lõpetatud võtab see ikka raha maha. Olen väga pahane, et pean nii palju oma aega raiskama selleks, et otsida kuidas seda lepingut lõpetada

I use this app only to check how many people are in the gym at any particular time and obviously to get into the gym with the generated QR code. It does its job but I have two concerns: - I use dark mode on my phone and the app does not support it well. Tab bar and status bar are white which is a pain to look at. - The biggest pain is QR generation. I started going to Rocca al Mare gym recently. There are two scanners: one outside and the other next to the swivelling door. I pass the first scanner on the first try but at the second scanner I have to constantly retry generating a new QR because it keeps failing for a solid minute. I have to just stand there and tap the buttons until it succeeds. This is extreamly frustrating. I know that other people have that problem as well. Please look into it ASAP.
When opening a QR CODE says "Membership is not valid" Cant enter gym, altough i have a active membership. No phone number to contact anybody.
Always saying I have debts to pay even though I have payd everything, also haven’t added any way to contact them
