If I didn’t already have over 500 workouts logged on this, I would move to something else. It literally crashes about 3-4 times per workout for me, rendering use incredibly frustrating for what should just be a glorified spreadsheet.
I just wanted an app where I could add my own workouts and track them. You can only follow the in app workouts
1. Heat map isn’t seeing any work done on shoulders or legs despite logging lifts such as bench and deadlifts. 2. Online Fitty account doesn’t save changes when selecting “me” under who can see your stats. 3. Waste of money. Not finished properly and never gets updated. Keeps freezing.
No hassle. Great app to keep track of workouts and to keep my routine up to date. Had it for a few years now and cannot complain. Upgraded to pro to support the developers. Thanks
Perfect in the gym for tracking weight training. I'm able to work through my routine easily and update weights as I go along. Then I can save my results to pass to my Personal Trainer. This has really helped me keep to my programme. Now, I'd love to see it developed to track my cardio training as well. For example: treadmill; rowing; bike; cross trainer; boxing HIT training etc
Worked well when I first used this a couple of years ago but now I do a planned workout, it doesn't allow me to add exercises or see them anymore :( back to paper and pen until I find an alternative app.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks now to record my weights and sets. As someone new to weight training it's amazing. Easy to record sets and weights and be reminded of what you achieved last session. Love having free text to name your exercises so you can can describe them. Already got 3 friends to download and they love it to. Considering the pro upgrade. Would like to see notes section added for workout of exercise and muscle groups split out. Legs could be quads, Hams and glutes to make it less generic?
Easy to use & gives a nice read out of what you've done that session
I've been using gym hero for years now and it rarely disappoints! It tracks you workouts, associates exercises with muscle groups and then gives you great WorkoutInformation (MI for the gym ;) ) that lets you see what you work on, how you you lift etc. The only thing I would add would be better interpretation by the app of them all important Gainz!!
