It doesn’t work. Imposible to use

On top of not being able to sync my data with 3rd party apps like Apple Health or Strava, the treadmill doesn’t even sync the duration properly with the Gymax app past 20 minutes 🤦‍♂️. I cannot seem to be able to share screenshots but 26 minutes shows up as 02:06:59. 38 minutes as 02:18:57. I stopped my workout at 42 minutes and guess what the app registered? Yes, 02:22:49 …

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. Here are some reasons: - you have to make an account and enter in personal info which is completely unnecessary - you have to “share” your “progress” with others in order to use it. You cannot simply use the treadmill - it disconnects in the middle of using it so when you try to stop it, it keeps going, which is a huge safety issue - the app can only be used in landscape mode, making it a pain to go between apps - it does not track your daily mileage but only overall which is not helpful - the speed adjustment often is not accurate to the treadmill, also a safety issue. - it would be great if it counted steps - why is there no pause option and only an option to stop it completely??? This should be a simple app that does the job of a remote. All the other features should be optional. I really wish my remote worked so I would not have to use this awful app.

the treadmill i have and the app don’t have data syncing somehow. they are connected via Bluetooth and they are from the same company but the app says i ran a km, the treadmill says I ran 0.4km, but in actuality i ran 2km. costway has a lot of potential if they would put more effort into making quality products and technology but so far it seems like cheap madeinchina crap to quickly raise their GDP. this is going to result in a lot of landfill filler :(

Same as everybody else, can’t connect my app without the code. Doesn’t seem to bother the developper, no answer on their part with these concerns. Just got my treadmill and doest look good for the app right off the bat.

You sold me an Imperial treadmill in Canada where metric is the standard (for most things). Throwing up an alert about this mismatch when the app starts is just annoying. I’m an app developer and I can tell that you haven’t looked at this edge case. Frankly it’s amateurish.

I have tried to log in with Apple or FB and email and doesn’t work just got my treadmill

Treadmill works great, but it connects my Bluetooth to random songs and people. There’s no option to connect to Bluetooth speaker available showing on my device.

You can’t create an account using just your email address because it asks for a verification code right at the first screen. Your only option then is to log in by linking your Apple or Facebook account. They also do not give you the option to not allow the app to track your usage. Your only option is to allow tracking otherwise you can’t use the app. Additionally Apple has not verified their privacy terms. This app does not feel trustworthy.

You are unable to log in because it keeps loading and eventually times out. Also for the email sign up, it asks for a code… there’s no code provided in the manual. The app and the manual are not clear
