Easy use quick handy decent lovely grand does the job

I was advised that there was free shipping on the app and then it charged me €4.95 which it did t advised prior to paying I tried to cancel the payment but it didn’t allow Very disappointed

Quite happy with the app, easy to use, just ordered a fleece with no trouble, cannot wait to get it!

Checked the app a few times to see where the notifications were, couldn’t find them. Annoying so deleted it.

Be very careful of this company! Bought something and it was wrong item (I wanted a different pants) brought it into the shop and asked for a refund to be told they don’t do refunds!! I can ONLY have credit for something else in the shop!! And they didn’t have the other pants I wanted so I could do anything. Robbed of 70 euro because of a simple mistake. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, never buying from the again. They don’t do refunds, ripping people off. Be very careful with this company, they couldn’t care less about their customers just making money! Totally against everything they say. They are full of it!!
