Schedule needs work
The biggest problem with this app is that it can’t handle something like ‘3 times a week’. You have to choose daily, or specific days. If I set a goal of weightlifting three times a week I want to be able to pick whatever days work best that week. I understand part of this is about routine, but for me it’s the small reward from not breaking the chain, and having a record of past successes. The app FitnessAI has the ability to track number of workouts a week against a target number. Please add this feature.
