Very tricky app, didn’t tell you all the restrictions of the complimentary offers. You need to look them up in their obscure website. The app doesn’t even provide the link. Lucky that I didn’t join their loyalty program before uninstalling.

Nice app to enjoy HABITŪ loyalty program and you get a lot of rewards and discounts on every order

So happy they have launched the app loyalty program, now I collect points for all my spending at Habitu and really enjoy the buy1get1free coffee deals too :)

Terribly bad App. 1. Member welcome coupon cannot find any terms and conditions and go to the store they said cannot use it on Sat and Sun, the term only available on web and no link on the app to the web. 2. Low security for the top up function, no confirmation and if u click the screen again after top up, u will double the transaction. User can be easily mislead to top up more than I need. It also not like normal online transactions to trigger security SMS check. This one will not trigger SMS verification code. So if the app has any bugs, it may simply charge much more than u want to spend. 3. Cannot delete credit card info. Once u have added a credit card, u cannot find any function to delete. My credit card details might be very unsafe to be stored in this APP. The company should make sure it have basic function equipped before releasing the APP. I doubt it even violated the HK law by not showing any term of the welcome coupon but still encourage new member to top up. 極有可能違反商品說明條例。

已經花費了可以升級到下一會籍，但app仍沒有升級。已經向店員及客服反映多次，問題仍然存在。希望你們會盡快改善app問題。
