Easy to use, Motivating, Results
I love this app. It has helped me more than anything else, to achieve my fitness goals. The workout plans are well laid out and being able to see my progress, calories burned, and total weight lifted is fantastic. I can also make notes on each exercise and if I want to repeat a workout, I’ve got a log of what weight and reps I did the first time I completed it. This helps me see my progress. Rest timers will sound even if you’re in another app or playing music from your phone. This is so helpful. I just bought two more plans within the app so I can change it up, but I also have the ability to do the same plan again and again if I want to. Highly recommend for older women who are fit and not interested in slowing down.
