I am unable to find my Haier Google Tv in this Haismart app. If i install the Haismart app on tv it is only showing uninstall option. What to do?

The Haier Servers are always busted, cannot depend on this Chinese company for reliability, seems like some school-graders designed the app. Last summer I purchased 3 Haier AC for about 3300 USD, only because of Google home integration. It worked perfectly. About a Month ago I started having issues with Google home.My Nest Hub is not able to control the AC’s anymore. It Just says “Couldn’t Reach Hai Smart SEA”. It’s very frustrating and irritating knowing that it used to work perfectly on all 3 devices and now it doesn’t. Something is wrong with the communication between Haier and Google Home Servers. Please fix it as I spent a lot of money for the promise of Google home integration! I have products from atleast 35 different brands working in conjunction through GH for my Smart Home. Everything but Haier works! PLEASE FIX IT!

Works like a charm , but the only problem is when the ac is switched off and the power goes out and comes back and if the ac is connected to wifi , it switches on automatically , even though it was turned off. Please resolve this issue , else everything works great .

Lacking many features. Like ECO mode etc. Interface is very poor. First time I open AC doesn’t show have to close and open again. Every time I turn off AC and if turn on again setting changes automatically for example cool turns to dry and other options turn off automatically. This is pathetic.

Why do I need to go to checkin before using the smart device?
