Easy to use
I didn’t even get as far as going out for a run with this app…..I can already run 15k, I don’t need a week of walk, run exercises and I certainly don’t want to pay for something after a week especially as it says it’s FREE
I’ve desperately trying to find out the cost and details for when my one week free trial ends and now cannot get anyone to reply to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I down loaded because it indicated this was a free app to get you to 21k. It’s not because after the first week you have to pay.
After completing the couch to 10K which by the end was making me run 60 minutes non stop, this app doesn’t get you running for a long length of time at all, even towards the end of it. I’m not sure how you could run a half marathon from this app. Would really like to get my money back. This was the follow on app that was recommended by the couch to 10K I did so disappointed!
The app does exactly what it says and has been a huge help but always loses connection so my progress gets lost. No end of times I’ve got to the ‘begin cooldown’ and feel like I’ve been going forever and look at the app and it’s closed 😡 not good after a one hour run and then to lose all progress especially for a paid app!
Got me jogging when I never thought I could. Finished the 2017 Bath Half!!!
It's pretty straight forward: it tells you when to run and when to walk. However the power of this mixed techniques makes you cover distances you never thought possible, and that's pretty cool. I'm at week 6 and will reconsider my review once I have finished the plan.
Have used the c25k so was obvious to use this when I decide to do a 10k and a half marathon!
