Constant delays early in the morning.
Late
Buses are unacceptably late express busses a joke when it takes 75 minutes for a 20 minute car ride that is why more people are driving their vehicles. I used to be able to get to work in 30 minutes with the old real express system. The terminal parking lot should be filed with cars but it’s not as the transit system is not reliable
Smartphone app
The dark blue background with black lettering is impossible to see in the trip description, especially in the glare of the sun. I think you should stick to black-and-white and even with a magnifying glass the black and blue lettering is extremely difficult to read.
Useless
Not intuitive. Not helpful. Unusable.
not showing all stops
app has been great but recently some stops have disappeared, making it unusable for me
Holiday schedule
Today is Monday but a holiday but this app is giving me the regular Monday schedule. Useless.

Clunky. Hard to figure out and of no use.

The driver of bus 58 or transit number 1308 is so slow
