The app is wonderful. I've long wanted to start tracking my mood and writing down my thoughts. The app does a great job with that. It's also worth noting the training materials that can improve my journaling skills. I really like the apps from this developer, I use the Seven training app every day. In general, I recommend that even the free version can be used. The only wish for the developers is to translate the app into Russian. Thank you very much for such a great app! I'm sorry for my English, I'm using Apple Translator.

Halo has been amazing, I've owned so many actual book and online journals and this is by far my favorite. I feel safe writing about anything on my mind no matter what it is because it's on my phone and no one can get in and read it, like they've done soooo many times in the past. I can't keep journals out in the open like that or I'll simply get more anxious that it's there for someone to read when they get nosey. And it pins down how you feel and pretty much helps you break down why you feel that way and gets it off your chest. And the reminders to write are so helpful too. As someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, and BPD, halo has been a life saver. No one ever will listen, halo does. 🥺 definitely recommend 💜
