Hammerhead Rhythm Station

This app is amazing - I love the fast and hands on groove creation. Really gets you going. The options to tweak the patterns and sounds are amazing and playing with the pattern settings give some really creative results (Polyrhythms, playing with the sample start etc) What I would love to see though is some improvements of the user interface especially for live performance. For example in the mixer channel, the mute buttons are somewhat hard to tap (reliable) sometimes and an option to „slide across to mute“ multiple tracks with one gesture would be nice. Also the (upper) knobs are somewhat hard to tune. What I would also love within the app would be an basic eq for each sound (high pass / low pass) and an option to alter the attack of the sounds. In my opinion, the „Chan. Config“ button should not make the pattern settings (velocity etc) disappear. These are only minor flaws as the app is in my opinion perfect as it is.

Really super this "rhythm shark", as usual for Bram Bos apps…;) Multibus output! Awesome feature… It would be nice to repeat the several patterns like this is possible in other Rozeta-apps, eg Rozeta Cells: go to pattern…

Certainly the best drum machine for iOs I know of(though I don t know the other bram bos drum synths yet).You can easily create your very own crazy drum sounds because it isn t just a drum machine but a drum synth.Love it! Highly recommended!

I was not happy with Garage band nor Cubasis drum machine according the Bass for electronic music. I tried to adjust my bass with Equalizer….. forget it. I bought „AR 909“ by Audiokit, it is a nice, but limited, drum machine/sequencer, which works not so good with Garage band as I expected. Hammerhead, it works very well with Garage band in some tracks. One can edit the tracks afterwards in Garage band (midi). It works very well with my own synthetic adjusted drums and my sequences. You can make your own drums with a Synthesizer or by sound import. Or you choose one from the many drum machines! I can say: I love this app!

Hammerhead is better than ever before. Great Drum Sequencer with many sound and tweaking options. Load your own samples use the great stock ones or synthesize your own with the built in synth. Shuffle and Mutation are superb features. The only thing I would wish for would be a midi export function in order to export made sequences into other DAWs.

Man, I love this machine! Love playing with it on iOS but keep jonesin for it when I’m making tunes on the Mac as well. Any chance we may we this on Intel Mac in the future? Couple of other Bram’s apps have snuck into the Mac store, hoping this might be next!

Pls add at least 32step sequences maybe 16 per page formatted option in a future update or as inter app purchase and this would make so many ppl happy Glitches and randomization on the full kit only is basic here. most of the fun of these sequencing apps would be to have control over setting locking randomization parameters on each sound individually.. we’re in the 2020s now.. ive assumed most drum pattern programmers had most their fun expressing themselves exploring finer tunedness of their own idiosyncrasies. ive got this app assuming it’d be more fun here :(( expanding upon skimming through and setting different randomization states would be great please consider my request when u have the time

Perhaps my most used drum machine on iOS simply because it doesn’t require additional midi apps to play and sync with the rest of my AUM set up. Feature request: Please, if at all possible, under the pitch control, please show note designation (i.e. A, C, G, etc) corresponding to the pitch selected. This will save a lot of time with matching the drum to the harmony with other instruments instead of trying to do it all by ear.

Very nice drum machine, easy to catch on and make some beats with. I use it with my guitar so I can try to make some good drum tracks with it, fun to fiddle around with when bored too.
