The latest update no longer works on apple iPhone, I can’t see the advice for parents as none of the buttons are working

The app has some basic good advice but there are still a fair few things missing You can choose from one symptom but then not others - so you can select a high temperature or vomiting.. but not both ... which could leave quite a different diagnosis

Doesn’t open !! Just crashes

Not really much help at all. The link to find gp surgeries doesn’t work. Not many illnesses listed in the app.

Used to work, now crashes called 111.

App has great potential if it works, shouldn't be getting recommended! You can't beat nhs.co.uk

Real shame as I saw this when I was in hospital and thought this would be a great help for little one! Hoping they fix it soon

I was really looking forward to using this app as the doctor recommended it but it doesn't let me go past the first screen. When will there be an update?

Since upgrading to iOS 10 this app no longer works. I have been recommending this app to patients, but will have to hold off my recommendations until this is fixed.

I was advised by doctors to refer to this app to ease worry and for further information relating to my daughter who has been poorly lately. Unfortunately as the other reviews state, the app crashes as soon as you open it! Hope it gets fixed soon.
