Handoff estimator has really helped me and my business. Once you set it up with your job pricing the way you price your work the estimate can be produced in less than half the time it would take with a pen and paper. Are you still going to have to take notes yes take measurements yes. You simply talk the process of the job to the app and it produces the estimate some fine tuning and send it. Before Handoff, I’d be glued to my computer screen every evening making estimates and proposals for the potential clients I visited that day. Now I can finally go to my kid’s baseball games and relax with my wife. Handoff is the real deal!!!

This is an easy to use program and does save me time and relief of second guessing myself on quotes. You just tell it what to add in my own words and breaks it down in estimate form. My complaint is the costs. I’ve been using the basic $50 per month version and for that cost it should at least allow a customers name on the estimate! You can pay $150 to include that with couple other features like integrate with QuickBooks but my QuickBooks already has those features plus WAY more business features for $90 per month.

I spent $150 per month on this subscription and it literally wouldn’t work at all. Immediately requested refund from Apple. Good idea in theory but the execution is not there

If you are in the building or trades industry, this is for you. It takes minutes instead of hours to have the entire estimate finished. My customers have been well pleased with my quick responses, as well as the professionalism that Handoff writes the estimates. I can easily customize according to specific needs, and I’m on down the road estimating the next job. I am paying for the premium subscription. It is well worth it! Thanks to the Handoff team for the wonderful job you do to keep this running so well!
