HandsDown: Shop Mom Stuff

Omg it’s actually built just for moms… and he replaced the gooogle sheet I keep with my friends!! Love it. So great for mom friends to shop together.

My go-to for the most authentic mom product recommendations. Love that it’s all from actual moms and it is easy to use and navigate. Wish I had a resource like this when I was pregnant but also great for resources now that my kiddo’s a bit bigger!

I have never done so much googling as ten years ago, when I was trying to figure out which baby thermometer to buy. Rectal? Multi-tip? Aortic? In-ear?? If this app existed then, I would have gotten a solid hour of my life back. Random reviews on shopping sites are a joke at this point - I will always trust a real person’s recommendation over a bot, and on handsdown I can actually find those recs!

Loveeee this app! Great recommendations for what to buy at every life stage - from real moms! Saved me a ton of time trying to research a car seat and I found a great community of moms.

I am loving this app! It’s so much fun to be able to share my favorite products and keep recommendations from others organized. Before, my friends and I had a group chat dedicated to sharing our recent purchases or recommendations for specific needs. This app takes that idea to the next level and allows me to access an even wider network of people.

This app is so perfect for me. I have found great skincare products and gifts for my little ones. I have many friends using Hands Down and it is fun to come across their favorites and share mine. I like that I can link right to an item and save a list of likes. I can also ask questions or comment on people’s favorites.

You can tell this is an app built by a Mom! As a Mama of 3 I am consistently asking my friends for what products they recommend. Even with a 13 year old now I find myself asking for different advice than when she was a newborn. Love getting recommendations from real people that are NOT paid to say the product is great. ♥️
