Useless app, pay option is not working, when I press on home and message option application close automatically

Can’t actually do anything In the app

Worked a couple of times, now the screen just goes blank and glitches off

The app started well but after 3 log in it’s stopped. Called the customers care they don’t even care! Waist of time . The hap don’t work

Can’t believe that this has been tested, passed and released….it’s baffling. This app doesn’t work.

Used it once because I can’t get into my acct online, (saying I need a temporary password for an account I’ve had for 4 yrs) and now when I open it it’s a blank screen. I can’t always get to the post office and I’m not wasting more money calling them.

When you open the app, it is just a white blank page that does not allow you login or do anything.

Screen freezes when i am putting in my telephone number. I just deleted the app. Il carrying on paying over the telephone its way easier. I would have put Zero stars thats what it deserves. Useless as an ashtray on a motorbike

Logged in ok, tried to make my first payment the whole screen went white and it’s been like that since, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app did nothing to help. Useless app
