Our approach is person-centered - you set the goals and guide the conversation. Coaches specialize in sports nutrition, exercise, and weight management, but sessions can be tailored to your needs.
How to join Coach+: Download the Happy Bob app and go to Bookings to schedule your first session. Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly (with a significant discount). After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session's link and access to a personal coaching profile for session prep and shared glucose review.
