I love Rachel’s content, but I purchased a lot of these hypnosis and mysteriously the app disappeared from my past purchases and I can’t restore my purchases on the new app that is out. Literally spent over 100. Save your money and go to YouTube .

You will find many other free apps offering what this app does. The sound is disturbing instead and it seems that she is an amator talker. And amid of that when she goes countdowning the steps from 10 to 1 while explaing through the steps she forgets to explain the step from 8 to 7 but instead goes straight from 9 to 7. Additionally the other purchases of 3$ is quite expensive.

This renewed my membership and charged me without my authorization. DO NOT BUY!!! Trying to cancel but contact is only some random email!!!

I figured why not when my life seemed to be crumbling, I turned to God & I found this app. After the first night listening, I've been waking in a more positive mood. I don't believe I'm being hypnotized but I do believe in the power of suggestion.

I've downloaded all of Rachael Meddows' apps and they are worth every penny! I use one almost every day/ night for a power nap or good night sleep. Help with stress, focus & balance.

This isn't one I usually listen to when going to sleep. It's good for relaxing after work. But I did last night though and woke up screaming. I had forgot to change it to sleep at end, it was still set to wake at end. I listened to the waking suggestions this morning to figure out why I had that reaction and I think the suggestion that I would wake with a surge of energy is what did it. Yep. I did. Lol

I'm very annoyed. Just bought this app, started it up and it is exactly the same meditation as Power of the Mind. I also see no options to change the middle portion of the meditation to focus on a particular area. Very disappointed that the app doesn't match the reviews.

This app is great for putting oneself to sleep, no doubt. It will be some time before I can vouch for the "happy" part of the App - but sleeping so well is more than good enough!
