SUBSCRIPTION

Complete functionality of the app is only available with a subscription. We offer a free trial so you can try these features before paying. If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
CANCELLING

You can cancel your subscription from the Account screen. If you cancel 24 hours before an introductory trial is over then you will not be charged. If you cancel during the month period for which you've already paid (up to 24 hours before
the next period starts), your subscription will continue until the end of that period. Subscriptions can be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Great app for strengthening pelvic floor
I have been using this app for 2 weeks now and I can already feel a huge difference in my pelvic floor strength! (and my understanding of the muscles there). This app is super helpful for making a habit of doing small bits of pelvic floor exercise every day - each one takes only a few mins and you can set daily reminders to make sure you are consistent. The instructions are easy to follow and effective. The narrator has a calm relaxing voice which leaves me in a positive headspace after each session. Would definitely recommend to any woman wanting to improve pelvic floor strength!
Clear and interesting!
The videos and instructions are really clear, and the variety makes doing these exercises much more interesting! I can’t see myself getting bored/giving up any time soon

Great app for pregnancy and postnatal
Really useful app for those who want to improve their pelvic floor. The videos are informative and encouraging. The reminder function is very useful as it helps form the habit of doing the exercises. I started using just after I’d had a baby and I’m sure it’s helping.

Awful
Not sure a get it. It is just someone speaking to you. Poor quality app. Much better ones out there for the same price. This was lazy. Also. I had request a refund within the hour. It implied I could get a free 3 day trial. There was no free trial and they went straight for my money. I am happy to show the developer what a good app is like. Also the ad they posted on Facebook is misleading.

Can’t believe you charge to use this app. No features at all are free after free trial. I just wanted a reminder app to squeeze 🤷🏼♀️ Shame
