Easy to use & I love the photos - they’re so key to understanding what you’re ordering. But options are somewhat limited when it comes to additions and modifications that might cost extra, and sometimes menu items are just plain missing when the staff says they should be available. Today, for instance, I couldn’t find an option to add an extra dressing (upcharge or no). I’d feel weird about adding extra tip and asking for more dressing in the comments - and the character limit in the comments box is way too short anyway. And on occasion the app just doesn’t work: doesn’t open; requires me to re-enter my login deets even though I have face ID activated; or doesn’t let me check out. So I’m glad H&H started letting us earn points at the checkout counter in person, because the app doesn’t always work fully. Anyway, as you can probably guess, I’m a H&H regular & love the food!

Password gets saved into soendgo.con and not to happyandhe.com, so I spent about 15 minutes trying to reset it. Does not use Apple Pay, so you have to dig around for a credit card as you awkwardly order on your phone. Dear developers: please give a think to user experience! You are losing sales when people just give up.

Every time you attempt to logon it says “Something went wrong.” Not helpful

Can’t order items from kids menu, can’t order more than 2 veggies on my breakfast wrap. I try to put extra veggies in the special comments, which is usually ignored. One time I got a lecture on how I should have to pay for extra veggies... I’ll gladly pay extra, but the app doesn’t let me. Very frustrating experience.

I enjoy the restaurant but this app is lacking. Clearly set up to be compatible, rather than built for the iOS environment. If you’re a user that doesn’t already know what you want - good luck!

The incredibowl is incredible. Love the salad and the people. Online ordering is great. A few glitches at first but they are very receptive to feedback and work to correct any issues. I do wish they listed the calories on their menu items. And it would be cool if the app tracked online orders and offered rewards. 😊
