I keep getting charged for a large when I select regular. Credit card never saves and I have to keep entering it in

Great place to grab boba and staff is wonderful

Clear instructions, easy to use, useful when ordering ahead. Only setback is sometimes it loads too long and does not let u order.

I tried ordering on the app and when I reached the payment option it wouldn’t let me add my credit card. Everything was added correctly but for some reason it would take my card.

The updates cause the app not to work well, specially in the pick up order, my payments can’t go through with any credit/debit car I also tried in my friend’s phone and nothing. ;(

Right across the street from where I work, so perfect location to walk to on my lunch break! Staff is always friendly, and the store is always clean. They even have lots of seating if you want to enjoy your drink in the store.

The map does not work unless you share your location. Search and other ways of finding stores does not work otherwise. And once I finally got to the order page for my local store, half their menu was missing from the menu in the app.

Can’t see the history purchases or your recent purchase. I can’t know if i ordered the right one until i get my drinks.
