This game is fun ! But it cheats you . I hve lost well over 200$ from purchasing coins , not getting any coins. Reaching a free 15 min twice but did not add the extra 15 min. I will delete it soon if there is no satisfactory amount deposited into my account! And let’s talk about the building and revamping lost business . What happened to that and why am I banking time I could b using making adjustments on my little towns. For smthn I could use to advance on the match ! But can’t bcuz no one has gone past the first little town square , to build or create it . I deserve my money back . 1000 coins for 13.99, my 500 coins for 8.99x2. My 19.99 purchase and receive any coins .

So what exactly did you fix? It says that the glitches were fixed but The “super hard” level timer is still cut in half just like it was from the update on December 5. Not only that now the timer on some of the “hard” levels are also cut in half with more items added to it. Levels that take a minute and a half to complete they give you four minutes and the levels that’s packed down to capacity you get two minutes and a half making it impossible to complete without purchasing a package. You leave a rating and all you get is a generic “thanks for playing.”

Christmas package

I purchased the Christmas package and ever since the level of difficulty has increased exponentially. I regret buying it. The event will be over by the time I pass the current level. Never again.

End of Game???

Where is the rest of the game??? It just came to an end and I’m on a high level… what’s going on??

Super hard levels

The timer on the super hard levels has been cut in half making it impossible to pass the level. The timer was about four minutes now only about two and a half minutes

Update is too hard

I play this game every day and since the update the hard levels are too hard. They feel impossible to pass without coins. I’ve spent my fair share of money on this game but I can’t afford to play anymore. I’m going to uninstall and hope they change it back to the way it was before the update some day

Stressful

I’m on level 987 and sometimes I love this game but the super hard levels make it very difficult to enjoy. Especially when you work and work to finally accumulate enough coins for extra time to pass the level you’ve worked on for DAYS only to have one simpler level and then right back to an impossible level. Not even a chance to relax and enjoy it for a little while. Seriously going to delete and the fact that I’ve reached this high of a level is testament that I really don’t want to and that I’ve had this game downloaded for a long time

Not enough skin care

Edited: what the heck happens to the skin care know it’s coffee and ramen I like the game but I need more skin care. I can do no more it says coming soon. It’s only the first level it says 96% why don’t you have more at level 1 don’t get it.

Give us an update!!!!

No idea what happened this last update but the game has become impossible to win without purchase of extra time. For reference I am on level 10,000+ and there have never been this consistent kind of difficulty where it is statistically impossible to pass an extra hard level without purchasing multiple extra time clocks! What gives?

Bring back ear cleaning

This is outragous why would you remove tge ear cleaning
