It is really simple to track my mood and get an overview of my feelings.

I wanted to track my daily moods on my dieting journey, but it was a big challange for me before this app. I could reach my personal goal very easily based on my logged feelings! Thanks 🙂

Started this for a counseling session homework idea.

Great app!

I definitely do reccomend this it helps me keep track of what i do, my workouts, even what i eat its a great way to end the day. To take a breathe and reflect on what has happened on that day. It also helps me track my progress with how my workouts are going and any patterns in how long i workout for.

I have been tracking my mood for a while but the app I used had very broad activities. I love that this one allows you to really narrow things down! So far the only thing I am noticing are there are a lot of duplicate icons and it would be helpful if there were icon categories because there are so many. Overall I am very happy with this app so far!!
