Delivery time
Very unpredictable delivery time, sometimes they deliver it much earlier than what was scheduled in the app. And can occasionally arrived a bit late! 😠
Settle down with your notifications
Likes: I like the interface, pretty easy to use. Unlike a lot of other apps in Thailand, when I pick English, I get English, not a mix Dislikes: way too many notifications. Had to turn off Can’t track the progress of your delivery when it’s in transit Put coupons before the checkout. I wanted to add to my prefer to get a discount, ended up losing my time slot Holy out-of-stocks. Ordered 9 things. 7 had to be swapped. Not sure how to fix that one, but the ratio is pretty bad
Happy Customer
Happy Fresh service is fast, reliable and efficient. Comes in really handy especially with the situation that the city is on lockdown. One comment though, there used to be an option where you can cancel your order if the shopper has not started the shopping yet, but now it’s gone. It would be helpful if that option would be restored.

Terrible
It’s there, you can’t cancel order, you must wait a lot of time, usually item “not available” and change for really bad things. Not recommend and fix your customer service
