I love this app so much and it has helped me a lot! But there is one tiny thing…. When you go on the app it is a glitch so you can see the timer for 1 second. But if you are struggling with sh you should download it🤍 Stay safe🦋

I like the app, it has helped me, but I wish it was free. Like enable face ID, meditation and breathing exercises it would help a lot I think but otherwise it’s good
