I love this app so much and it has helped me a lot! But there is one tiny thing…. When you go on the app it is a glitch so you can see the timer for 1 second. But if you are struggling with sh you should download it🤍 Stay safe🦋

This is an amazing app if you’re struggling with self-harm it have really helped me but I kinda always relapsed but it’s working😊 I also recommend the app called DailyBean because DailyBean also helped me

This app is amazing it has meditation lessons and breathing techniques and a daily journal and nobody can get in to the app except u cuss u can make ur own code or if u have the game pass u can have Face ID pls download this app 😍

I can proudly say that i’ve been clean for 85 days now! I love it but a lot of the meditation podcasts cost money. Kind of sad because I love the podcasts so much but the beginners guide one really helps a lot so it doesn’t matter. Would recommend its amazing :)
